Structural Characterization of Some CoCrMo Alloys
with Medical Applications

Abstract:

Cobalt alloys are difficult to make, which is why their use has been limited, but ongoing research led to the development of specialized hardware methods. CoCrMo casting alloys are used on a large scale for manufacture of various devices surgically implanted in the body, they have always continued to increase their area of applications. Keywords: CoCrMo alloy, microstructures analysis, dilatometer analysis
